FAQ

For salesplaces tenants

How can I rent a sales space?

Directly on our website after creating your personal customer account.

What rental period do you recommend?

The minimum rental period is seven days. To start with, we recommend a rental period of two weeks

How does check-in work?

Just come by with your belongings on the first day of the rental when the store opens. It is an advantage to check in as early as possible, as you will pay rent for the entire day. Check-in means labeling and setting up your clothing and accessories.

How does check-out work?

On your last day of rental, come by about an hour before closing time to pick up any leftover goods. If you would like to donate the remaining items to us, we can see on site which parts we can take over (we probably won't be able to keep everything due to space constraints).

Can I also share my shelf/tray?

In any case. You can share your sales place with your friends and thus also the shelf or tray costs. Sharing is caring 😊

Can I fill up my shelf/tray?

Guaranteed. We recommend that you get the most out of your rental period. So after some of your pieces have sold, you can come back and refill your sales space with new pieces.

How is billing done?

You will be billed at the end of your rental period. We will transfer your turnover by bank transfer.

Can I cancel my sales place reservation?

If you do not show up for a reservation, we will charge you the full rental amount (reservation amount). A reservation can be canceled up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period (reservation start date).

Here's how you can increase your sales:
  • It's not just branded items that sell well with us. Take the opportunity to find a new home for your “No Name Labels” clothing items.
  • Bring your things to us clean and washed.
  • Be considerate of seasonal trends.
  • Set your prices within a realistic framework. In any case, it should not exceed the original purchase price.

Of course, we hope that your things sell well with us. However, keep in mind that your sales expectations may not always be met.

For buyers

How can you tell at a glance which items of clothing might fit you?

The hangers are marked with a color. Each color represents a dress size. We distinguish between three colors for the dress sizes XS/S, M and L/XL. So you don't have to fight your way through all the racks to find the right pieces, but can see straight away what might suit you.

Can I return purchased parts?

No. As usual with second-hand stores, we do not offer returns on purchased goods.
